SEPARATION ANXIETY DOG MASTER COURSE

A Master Course for Trainers and Behavior Consultants

The Separation Anxiety Dog Master Course is a comprehensive mentorship program designed to take dog trainers from assessing separation-related challenges to confidently developing and implementing effective treatment plans.

Through self-paced lessons, real-world case studies, practical resources, and live mentor sessions, you’ll learn how to assess cases, identify and address underlying causes, create individualized training plans, support guardians through the process, and build the skills needed to work confidently with separation anxiety cases from start to finish.

Enrollment is NOW OPEN. As a launch special, enrollment is LIMITED to 100 spots, and the course is available at $595—a $100 SAVINGS OFF the regular price of $695. Enrollment closes October 31, 2026, or when all 100 spots are filled, whichever comes first. New enrollment opportunities will open periodically.

  • COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING

Go beyond the basics of separation anxiety. Learn how to assess separation-related challenges, identify underlying causes, develop individualized treatment plans, and work cases from start to finish.

  • LIVE MENTORSHIP SESSIONS

Put your knowledge into practice through live sessions. Work through interactive mock cases, discuss real-world cases, and get your questions answered in live Q&A sessions. Build your skills and confidence with guidance you can apply to your own cases.

  • COMMUNITY & SUPPORT

You don't have to navigate cases alone. Connect with other trainers, ask questions, share experiences, and continue learning through a private community dedicated to separation anxiety and separation-related challenges.

WHAT TO EXPECT

A simple step-by-step look at how you’ll move through the course and mentorship experience.

  • Complete the self-paced segment: Watch all the video lessons and complete the quizzes.

  • Join a mentorship round: Once you have completed the self-paced segment you will receive the meeting link and calendar for the next quarterly rounds.

  • Ask questions and connect with the community: Access the private community throughout your two-year enrollment to ask questions, share experiences, and connect with other trainers.

HOW THE LIVE MENTORSHIP WORKS

The live mentorship segment is designed to help you put what you’ve learned into practice, work through real-world scenarios, and ask questions as you build your skills.

  • Complete the self-paced course first.

Watch all of the self-paced video lessons and complete the quizzes. Once you finish, you’ll receive everything you need to join the live mentorship segment.

  • Join a mentorship round.

Mentorship rounds take place every quarter. You’ll receive the meeting link and a calendar with all upcoming rounds, including their dates and times. You can join as many mentorship rounds as you’d like during your two years of access. Session times will alternate between rounds to accommodate different time zones and schedules.

  • Five 1.5-hour live sessions per round.

Each round includes five live sessions covering assessment; setting up and starting training; increasing criteria and handling regressions; adding extras and setting expectations; and full cases from start to finish.

  • Join live or watch the recordings.

Sessions are held live via Zoom, giving you the opportunity to participate in discussions, work through interactive mock cases, and ask questions in real time. Can’t make a session? No problem! Recordings of all sessions will be uploaded to Thinkific and available to course participants to watch at their convenience.

  • New round every quarter.

Each mentorship round covers the same five topics, but session times will vary throughout the year. The 2027 rounds are scheduled to begin in March, June, September, and November.

  • Next round dates.

The next round is scheduled to begin on November 18 at 11:00 AM EST. Sessions will take place weekly on the same day and at the same time for five sessions total. (Dates are subject to change.)
